She brings experience in managing high-quality learning journeys for adult professionals. Before joining Scholefield People, she supported learners through professional qualifications in International Trade and Customs Compliance, guiding individuals and corporate clients through modular online qualifications from first enquiry to graduation.
Maggie has a strong track record of building positive relationships, developing clear and reliable systems, and maintaining accuracy and consistency across all aspects of programme delivery. Her background also includes project management for school website development, administrative leadership within a multi-faith prison chaplaincy team, and earlier roles in education and civil engineering. Across every role, she’s known for her calm, organised approach and her ability to bring clarity and structure to complex operations.
