Lea Payne

Lea is a senior HR Professional with experience across generalist and specialised roles in the private sector. With over 20 years of experience, Lea is passionate about all things engagement and people development.

Predominantly working in the online gaming industry and financial services, Lea has worked in organisations that have scaled quickly.  She has led initiatives to build and embed HR processes and initiatives into organisations.

Lea is passionate about supporting the development of others and working with organisations who are keen to ensure compliance and best practice across their HR function.
