Helen Bailey
Assessor
Helen is an experienced Learning and Development professional with over 25 years’ experience designing and delivering interactive and meaningful learning interventions. With a background in interim assignments this has enabled Helen to build a wide and varied skill set across all areas including employee engagement, communications and cultural change.
Specialising in Leadership and Management, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and promoting the use of an Evidence Based Approach to HR she has developed interventions for small to international organisations across a range of sectors including distribution, finance, charity and retail.
Her key achievements include designing and delivering a four-tiered leadership programme which was awarded ‘Best People Manager Development Programme’ at the Learning Awards and designing a blended learning approach to Servant Leadership which supported an intervention which achieved a GOLD award for Business Transformation of the Year at the International Customer Experience Awards.
More recently Helen has set up her own consultancy and has joined the Scholefield Team as an Assessor.
