In a career that has spanned both the Private and Public Sectors she has worked at both Operational and Strategic Level, and has a strong passion for organisational culture (or indeed climate), staff engagement and supporting organisational leaders and managers through executive coaching to be ‘the best versions of themselves’, thereby fostering constructive cultures to enable individual and organisational high-performance.
