Chris Baldwin
Associate Consultant
Chris is an organisational design and development consultant with a focus on team and organisational performance. With over 20 years as a people leader and 15 in learning and organisational development, Chris is passionate about all things people and learning.
He has worked across private healthcare, charity, social care and higher education, leading large-scale initiatives to strengthen leadership capability, support behavioural change and enable organisational transformation.
Chris specialises in helping organisations improve performance by aligning leadership, systems, people development, and culture. His work draws on people analytics and leadership insight to understand how culture, engagement and behaviour shape outcomes, particularly in complex organisations navigating growth or change.
