The role is to respond to sales enquiries for the qualifications we offer and to follow up these expressions of interest. Then to keep in touch with our candidates to see how they are doing.

This is not a cold calling role as over 80% of our sales come from repeat business and recommendations.

Working closely with our Managing Director, her PA and our team you will:

  • take a pride in the accuracy and detail of the records you update
  • have the energy and persistence to systematically follow up sales enquiries
  • use your personality and social media tools to build and maintain excellent customer relationships that extend for many years.

You will need to have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Comprehensive training will be provided on our Customer Management System.

This is a full time role but we have a flexible approach to employment.
