We are delighted to have been awarded direct claims status for our Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring programmes. Direct claims status is an enhanced centre approval status that recognises centres who are considered to be operating at a high standard of excellence.
One of the benefits of direct claims status is that we are trusted to apply for certification as soon as a candidate completes. Our external verifier will then sample our work on his next visit.
